Requirements
  • This program is open to full-time undergraduate students currently enrolled at colleges and universities in the Philadelphia region (defined to include Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania; Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, and Salem counties in New Jersey; and New Castle County in Delaware).
  • Applicants must selfidentify as LGBTQIA+ or as an allied student supportive of the LGBTQIA+ community.
  • They must be majoring in a businessrelated field (e.g., accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, finance, leadership, organizational development, organizational dynamics).
  • Selection is based on academic credentials, business interest, a letter of recommendation, leadership potential and roles, community service and involvement, financial need, and an interview (if applicable).
