The Fidelity Scholars Program awards need-based scholarships to students seeking their first degree from the District of Columbia, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, or Texas. Students who attend college full-time in their permanent state of residence are encouraged to apply.
