The Elizabeth City Jaycees Scholarship is a need- and merit-based program for graduating seniors from the following North Carolina counties: Camden, Chowan, Gates, Pasquotank, and Perquimans. Recipients should plan to attend any accredited university to pursue a bachelor's degree, **or** the College of the Albemarle or Mid-Atlantic Christian University. Students should exhibit excellence in academics, leadership, and service.
