The Chalik & Chalik Cancer Survivors Scholarship provides financial assistance for college or law school to students who have survived cancer or another serious medical diagnosis.

Requirements

This program is open to U.S. citizens and others authorized to work in the United States who have been accepted or are attending a college or university.

Applicants must submit an essay of 500 to 1,000 words describing how they are helping others diagnosed with a serious illness and how their cancer diagnosis influenced them to help others.

They must have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher.
