This Program is open to residents of Arkansas, Louisiana, or Oklahoma who have been diagnosed with stage 5 ESRD or kidney transplant recipient.

Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll at a college, university, community college, or vocational training program in the United States.

Demonstrate financial need. Preference is given to dialysis patients.
