The A.B. and M.R. Noel Endowed Scholarship is available to a graduating senior or graduate of Wood River Rural High School in Wood River, Nebraska. Students who plan to attend Central Community College in Columbus, Grand Island, or Hastings, Nebraska or Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska are welcome to apply. Current nursing students at these schools are also encouraged to apply. Special consideration will be given to seniors or graduates of Wood River Rural High School in Wood River, Nebraska.
